GYTA outdoor fiber cable (Stranded Loose Tube Non-metallic Cable)for aerial or duct usage
Description:
The structure of GYTA fiber optic cable is to insert single-mode or multi-mode fiber into loose sleeve made of high modulus polyester material and fill the sleeve with waterproof compound. The core of the cable is a metal reinforced core. For some cores, a layer of polyethylene (PE) must be extruded outside the metal reinforced core. The loose sleeve (and the filling rope) is twisted around the center to form a compact circular cable core. The gaps in the core are filled with water-resistant fillers. The plastic coated aluminum strip (APL) is extruded to form a polyethylene sheath after longitudinal package.
Production process
The structure of GYTA fiber optic cable is to insert 250 micron fiber into loose sleeve made of high modulus material and fill the loose sleeve with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforcement core. For certain number of cores, the metal reinforcement core needs to be extruded with a layer of polyethylene (PE). The loose sleeve (and the filling rope) is twisted around the center to form a compact and circular cable core. The gaps in the core are filled with water-resistant fillers. The plastic coated aluminum strip (APL) is extruded to form a polyethylene sheath after longitudinal package.
Feature
1. Accurately controlling the excess length of optical fiber ensures that the optical cable has excellent tensile and temperature characteristics.
2. The loose sleeve material itself has good water resistance and high strength. The tube is filled with special ointment, and the fiber is protected critically from pressure and softness.
3. PE sheath has excellent UV radiation resistance and environmental stress cracking resistance.
4, the following measures should be taken to ensure the waterproof performance of the cable.
A) single steel wire central reinforcement;
B) fill the loose tube with special adhesive.
C) 100% cable core filling;
D) GYTA double-sided plastic coated aluminum strip (APL) to improve the anti penetration capacity of optical cable.
E) good water blocking material prevents longitudinal seepage of optical cable.
